- How does Zaymo's pricing work?
- You start with a core Shop-in-email plan — either Shopping, or Shopping with active subscription management — priced by your send volume (orders for Shop-in-email, active subscribers once you add subscriptions). You can then layer on optional add-ons, and choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans save 15%.
- What can I add on top of a core plan?
- Forms, Review collection, and the Inbox Booster are optional add-ons. Forms and Reviews are a flat monthly price, and the Inbox Booster scales with the number of Klaviyo profiles you send to.
- Do I have to switch ESPs or leave Klaviyo?
- No. Zaymo works alongside Klaviyo and your existing ESP. The interactive blocks drop into the emails, flows, and campaigns you already send — there's no migration and no new sending platform to learn.
- Is there custom or enterprise pricing?
- Yes. At higher volumes — for example 200,000+ active subscribers, or 1,000,000+ profiles on the Inbox Booster — pricing moves to a custom plan. Reach out and we'll scope it to your setup.
