Collect the review before
they close the email.
The review form, inside the inbox.
Zaymo embeds your existing review provider's submission form directly into the Klaviyo email you already send. Customers rate, title, and write the review in place — nothing about your review platform, your data, or your downstream flows changes.

Conversion-enhancing Lava Lamp
Drag the block onto the email you already send.
Drop the Review collection block straight onto your Klaviyo review-request template. It inherits the email's colors and fonts and populates with the products that customer is eligible to review — no third-party embed, no developer, no landing page for the customer to load.
Review collection block
average lift in review capture
The rating, title, and body answered in the inbox instead of behind a redirect — versus a click-through to the same review landing page.
Drop it in
to connect your provider
Connect your review provider, drag the block onto the email you already send, and reviews land exactly where they do today.
The landing page is where reviews go to die.
A redirect loses the review
Open the email, click, load the page, sometimes log in, then fill the form. Every step in between is attrition — and a review that never gets written is a customer you can't put back in a flow.
Nothing gets replaced
Reviews still land in your review provider exactly as if submitted on the landing page. Loyalty points and downstream flows fire normally — Zaymo only moves where the form is answered.
Move the form into the email the customer already opened, and the moment of intent and the review finally happen in the same place.
The results
In-email review capture vs. a landing-page click-through
A/B tested against a click-through to the review landing page. Apple Mail, Gmail, and Yahoo render the form in place; the rest get an identical email routed to a branded page. Brands already running an in-email review experience through their provider see roughly 25% incremental lift. The 45% figure is a typical A/B observation, not a guarantee.
Star, type, submit.
One block, dropped into the review request flow you already run. It matches the email's colors and fonts, and populates with the exact products that customer is eligible to review — no design work, no per-send configuration.
Rating
Star rating, title, and body captured without leaving the inbox.
Partials
Allow partial reviews is on by default, so a rating alone still lands.
Fallback
Outlook and Hotmail get a visually identical email routed to a branded landing page.
Three steps, no engineering.
Connect your provider
About five minutes in the integrations page, whichever supported provider you use.
Drop in the block
Import the Klaviyo template, drag the Review collection block in, delete the old review CTA, export back.
Reviews land as normal
Same destination, same downstream flows, same loyalty triggers. Nothing to reconfigure.
Run two emails. The first fires on the provider's eligibility trigger, timed to when the customer has actually used the product. The second sits four to seven days later, filtered to exclude profiles that already reviewed. Export as an in-template A/B test so the lift is measurable from day one.
Good to know
Flows only, never campaigns.
The block is triggered by the provider's eligible-for-review event.
Send from Klaviyo, not the review app.
Moving the send into Klaviyo is a prerequisite.
Review count varies by provider.
Yotpo sends one event per product, so one review field per email. Okendo, Junip, and Judge.me send one per order.
A fallback, just in case.
Send the fallback to 100% of recipients and the data still collects.

Put the form where the customer already is.
Review collection is the fastest Zaymo block to launch, and usually the first one a new account ships. The 45% lift is an A/B-tested average, not a guarantee.
