One item was never the whole order.

Add a second item and they're back on the site

Want a second or third product and the customer has to leave the inbox to rebuild the cart from scratch on the site. Most of them never finish.

Cart Builder keeps it in the email

Multiple items, quantities, and a running total, all resolved inside the email the customer already opened — one tap to checkout with everything at once.

How it works

Drop the block, and the cart fills itself.

01

Drag in the block

Drop Cart Builder where the offer sits and pick a product feed.

02

The cart fills itself

From that feed — the items the customer abandoned, or the items on their cancelled subscription.

03

One tap to checkout

The customer adjusts quantities and checks out with everything at once.

Where to use it

One block, every recovery and restock send.

Abandoned cart recovery

Abandoned cart, checkout started event, viewed product event

Replenishment and restock

Custom products, collection

Edit before reactivate

Merchandised bundles

From the playbook

Edit before reactivate.

Pair Cart Builder with the Latest Cancelled Subscription feed and the reactivation email becomes editable. The customer drops what they did not want, adds more of what they did, adjusts quantities, and reactivates in one tap.

Reactivate block

Restores the subscription exactly as it was.

The same items, the same quantities — including the ones that caused the cancellation.

Cart Builder

Lets the customer fix the reason they cancelled.

Same one tap, but the order that restarts is the one they actually want.

01

Cancelled items load in

The cart opens pre-filled from the cancelled subscription.

02

They edit it

Drop an item, add another, change quantities — in the email.

03

Reactivate

Checkout creates the new subscription on Recharge or Skio.

The product block sends the customer to checkout with a single item. Cart Builder turns a product feed into a working cart: every card gets a quantity stepper, the footer keeps a running total, and one button sends the whole cart to checkout — so a customer who wants three things never has to leave the email to rebuild the cart on the site.

The same send falls back to a static image of the cart plus a button to a hosted cart page, where the customer adjusts quantities and checks out for real. One send covers your whole list — interactive where the inbox supports it, a hosted cart page everywhere else.

Yes, on Recharge or Skio. There's no toggle to set: if the cart contains subscription items the subscription is created at checkout, and non-subscribers fall through to normal Shopify checkout. No other subscription provider is supported yet.

Shopify connected, plus Recharge or Skio for the subscribe and reactivate flows. The quantity cap per item defaults to 3 and is adjustable from 1 to 9.

Abandoned Cart, Checkout Started Event, and Viewed Product Event for recovery; Custom products or a Collection for replenishment and restock; Latest Cancelled Subscription for edit-before-reactivate; and Best Sellers, Recommendations, or Zaymo Recommended Products for merchandised bundles.

A cart discount applies to every subscription created from that cart. And checkout is all-or-nothing: if part of it fails the whole thing rolls back, so nobody is left with a half-built order.

Put the cart where the customer already is.

Bring a send you already run — an abandonment or winback flow — and we'll build the cart into it, interactive and fallback side by side.
